About Ann

Based in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick, I work from my garden studio, where I explore new ideas through a variety of artistic disciplines.

Art has been a lifelong passion of mine. While painting remains my primary focus, I also enjoy working with sculpture, ceramics and, more recently, mosaics. Experimenting with different materials and techniques continues to inspire and influence my creative practice.

In 2012, I fulfilled a lifelong ambition by graduating with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Painting from the Limerick School of Art & Design as a mature student. This experience strengthened my artistic vision and encouraged me to continue developing my work.

Although my practice is predominantly abstract, I embrace the freedom to explore different mediums, allowing each to bring new perspectives and creative possibilities.

Over the years, I have exhibited in both solo and group exhibitions and have remained a committed supporter of the arts within my local community. Through my work, I hope to create pieces that invite reflection, evoke emotion and celebrate the expressive nature of contemporary art.
